MILHO REI |

From Portugal comes one of the oldest breeds of horses known to mankind, the Lusitano. The Lusitano horse has been domesticated and used as a riding horse for about 5000 years. In the Middle Ages, the Lusitano was the ultimate war horse, and in times of peace, they practiced by fighting bulls on horseback. Today in Portugal the Lusitano is still used for bullfighting. Milho is a fourteen-year-old imported Lusitano stallion. Milho Rei was imported from Brazil and is 15.3 hands. He is very talented and athletic having been shown in Brazil to third level dressage and is now training at fourth level. Milho is kind, has a great work ethic and truly enjoys trail riding. He has 4 babies in Brazil and now is standing at stud here in Ohio. Milho is registered with the APSL in Portugal and the IALHA here in the United States. |
